WE ARE OPEN!

We are truly in unprecedented times here, and we are so grateful to our customers, our staff, and our community for staying strong, sticking together (not literally - we are social distancing!), and caring for one another.

As many of our customers know, Governor Whitmer issued a stay-at-home order on March 24th that is expected to last until April 30th at the least, closing all non-essential businesses. Fortunately for our pets and our people, Wags to Wiskers Pet Supplies is considered an essential business and will remain open for the duration in all three of our locations.

We have made some adaptations to our stores and our offerings in this time to better aid our communities and to help flatten the curve:

ORDER BY EMAIL

  • We are rolling out special inboxes to allow our customers to ORDER BY EMAIL - with same day pickup available! We are currently working on options to make this even easier for our customers, but in the meantime, we have a solution for our pet parents and customers to offer you online access to ordering during our shelter-at-home mandate.   • We are offering EXCLUSIVE DELIVERY SERVICE to retirement community residents in our communities. We provide a truly hands-free ordering experience via phone, email, or social media. Please contact your nearest store.

Curbside Delivery at All Locations

  • We are offering and encouraging CURBSIDE DELIVERY for all customers that want a hands-free shopping experience. Call ahead to your store, we can take your payment over the phone, and when you arrive, give us another call and we will run your order out to the parking lot. We’ve got plenty of products, as you can see!

Our Thank-You to Essential Workers

  • We are also offering 20% OFF for first responders, healthcare workers, and those on the front lines as a show of our appreciation for all of your hard work in these times. We kindly request that you show us your work identification as proof. Our communities need you, and we realize that as you work long hours you may not have the time to place an order or pick it up. Please contact us directly for special delivery services via phone, email, or social media.

Cleaning services have been ramped up at our stores with sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer to regularly disinfect frequently touched items and surfaces. All staff members are washing their hands frequently, and social distancing protocols with pets, customers, and staff are being followed closely.
